We began as a family-owned beauty company; we became private equity-owned; now we are moving toward becoming employee owned. As a marketing-driven company with strong roots in efficient manufacturing, we foster a culture of ownership, accountability, resilience, and pride.
We believe everyone should be able to smell good and to feel better. We started out making great dupes-- our versions of popular scents at accessible price points--before that was even a thing. We still make great dupes at affordable prices, but now we also create and manufacture directional, original fragrances and personal care collections.
